Month Celebration
Healthy eating habits must be
continuous. Health is the most important to us and we must care ourselves to
have a healthy lifestyle. Eating proper foods like vegetables, fruits and
others that included in the food pyramid.
Maintaining this lifestyle makes our life
be longer. Being a healthy person, you can easily work to everything you are
going to do and you can also move faster and easily to move. We all know that
eating junk foods are bad for our health but we cannot just easily stop this
because they are different from the healthy foods. So we must limit our
satisfaction to the junk foods and from now on eat much healthy foods as it
makes the body growth and strong.
The theme “Kumain ng wasto at maging
aktibo… push natin ‘to” makes the students participates to every activity that
it’s conducted where there are students selling foods that contains nutrients
that can help the body, a nutri-quiz where this is all about nutrients that can
body will intake, and etc.
This celebration of ISNHS is a very full
of excitement and challenges as the students will compete to each other and will
win a prize. By conducting this, it is a great experience and much helpful to
us students to know the healthy eating habits as it much helpful to us. Let’s
maintain our healthy lifestyle to have a better life.
